2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can select Local Pickup during checkout. We’ll email you once your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to collect your items.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by province but generally take 3–7 business days.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit, and Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).

6. What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused appliances can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us first to receive return instructions.
Note: Large appliances must remain in original packaging for a return.
